Grace Park, President
Grace Park serves as the President of One Light Foundation. She is proud to support the executive team’s vision and volunteers to bringing great community engagement and programs. She is currently an officer at Nuleep, a startup focused on integrating your career journey with your lifestyle. Her primary role is to propel the company forward and to create the latest trends in recruitment while master planning with the CEO. With 15 years in management serving in finance, entertainment, and operations, Grace has developed global companies and programs integrating strategic initiatives and growth. She also serves on multiple nonprofit boards and has collaborated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of South Korea, Congressional members of California, and the Pasadena Chamber to support the community with educational programs and grants. Grace has been passionate about community development, technological advances, and innovation throughout her career and from her time at The Walt Disney Company.
Parul Chandra, Vice President
Parul Chandra serves as the Vice President of One Light Foundation spearheading visionary programs and providing innovative leadership in the industry. Parul has 15 years of experience in leading corporate/consulting programs specializing in supply chain ecosystem as a program architect, strategic innovator and thought leader. She has acquired education in the field of anthropology, geology, and business management, Parul is an advocate for lifelong learning and knowledge sharing with others. She has served on multiple Board of Directors prior to joining the One Light Foundation Board and has worked with not for profit organizations in the Los Angeles area to create and support meaningful programs over the last decade. Parul is passionate about improving the lives of disadvantaged children and women, she is motivated to serve as a conduit to amplify sustainable change within the global community.
Joann Gerrity, Secretary
Joann Gerrity serves as One Light Foundation’s Secretary and is excited to support initiatives that support local communities. She is currently an attorney at a local Law Firm in San Diego and advocates for her clients. Her focus includes the Longshore Act and the Defense Base Act as a plaintiff attorney. She attended the University of San Diego, School of Law. She has always been passionate about volunteerism and through the years worked on festivals and educational programs. Joann enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.
